Velké očekávání se neslo vzduchem, proto jsme náš pracovní den zahájili aktivitou "Fears, Expectations, Wishes", abychom zjistili, co vlastně samotní účastníci očekávájí a z čeho mají strach.Počasí nám přálo a proto jsme se k seznamovacím aktivitám přesunuli ven. Po několika hrách k zapamatování všech jmen, měli účastníci možnost projevit svého tvořivého ducha a vytvořit si vlastní placku se jménem. Toto se nám osvědčilo již při předchozím projektu. Účastníci sami si hlídali, kdo placku nosí a kdo ne. Díky tomu bylo i daleko snažší zapamatovat si jména všech účastníků.
Velmi oblíbenou aktivitou se stalo "First Impression". Všichni účastníci si nalepí na záda papír a navzájem si na něj napíší první dojem, který k sobě měli. Zajímavou částí pak je "last impression", kdy se to stejné opakuje na konci projektu a všichni tak mohou porovnat, jak se napsané vzkazy liší nebo shodují.
Důležité také je, nastavit si hned na začátku všechna pravidla. V této aktivitě dáváme účastníkům svobodu projevu. Sami si ve skupinkách vytvořili pravidla, která chtějí během týdne respektovat. Nechybělo ani "be on time", což zvláště Italové bouřlivě komentovali. Naštěstí jsme jako zkušení organizátoři počítali s malou časovou rezervou ;)
Aby skupina dobře komunikovala a pracovala, je třeba vytvářet teamového ducha a prolamovat ledy. Začátky bývají složitější, ale zapojili jsme tyto aktivity během celého projektu a nakonec se nám sformovala velmi příjemná skupina mladých lidí.

The great expectations filled the air and we started work day with activity "Fears, Expectations, Wishes" to find out what participants expect and what they fear.
The weather was pretty nice and we moved out to breathed fresh air and started our active day. After a few name games, participants had the opportunity to express their creative spirit and create their own badges with the names. We have already proved that activity in the previous project. Participants watched who wore a badge and who did not. Thanks to that, to remember names of all participants was easier.
A very popular activity was "First Impression". All participants put the piece of paper to their back and the others wrote the first impression of them. An interesting part of this activity is the "last impression" when we repeated the same activity at the end of the project and everybody could compare the differences or similarities.
It is also important to set all rules at the beginning. In that activity we gave a kind of freedom of expression to our participants. In the international groups they created rules what they wanted to respect during the week. They also added there "be on time", which was commented loudly especially by our lovely Italians. Fortunately, we counted with little time to spare as experienced organizers ;)
For good group cooperation we needed to create team spirit and break the ice around. The beginnings were difficult, but those activities were involved throughout the project and at the end we formed a very nice group of young people.
